After moving to Madrid, Agostina was looking for a way to stay active and meet new people.
What started as a search for padel partners quickly grew into a vibrant community, bringing women together through sport, friendship and shared experiences.

When Agostina realised that many women were looking for a sports community, she founded "She Plays". Today, the initiative brings together women from all different backgrounds and skill levels through padel. On the court, it's about much more than just the game – it's about connection, friendship and belonging.
