Why are items missing from my order?

If an item is out of stock and the Buymie personal shopper is unable to find a substitute or can't reach you on the phone, the shopper may remove the item from your basket and proceed with the other items. Buymie will only charge for the items delivered to you.

Why are items out of stock after I've placed my order?

From time to time some items on the app may be out of stock. If an item in your basket is out of stock, your personal shopper will call you and suggest similar products as an alternative. With your permission, those items are then substituted and will be reflected in the final amount charged to you.

How does Buymie refund the charges for out of stock items?

For items that are unavailable and on occasions where you choose not to have a substitution, Buymie will credit your account with the relevant amount which will automatically be applied to your next order. 

Please note, you can at any time request a full refund of your Buymie credit to your debit/credit card. This can take up to 5-10 days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.
