Lidl LGFA Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering into this online competition entrants automatically accept its Terms and Conditions.

  1. This Lidl LGFA competition is promoted by Lidl Ireland GmbH a company incorporated under company number 904141 whose registered office is at Main Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland and Lidl Northern Ireland Limited, a company incorporated under company number NI647629 whose registered address is Nutts Corner, Dundrod Road, Crumlin, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.
  2. The competition is online, where the participants are encouraged to take a picture of themselves at our Lidl stand in the LGFA games on 25th of August 2019 and upload it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter
  3. In order to be considered in this competition, you need to include the #SeriousSupport and tag our official pages in the caption: @lidl_ireland on Twitter, @lidlireland on Instagram and “Lidl Ireland” on Facebook.
  4. There will be one winner selected from each platform, 3 in total.
  5. We will only consider the posts with the specifications detailed above and uploaded no late than Sunday 25 of August at midnight.
  6. The grand prize is a €100 Lidl voucher and the winner will be contacted directly through the platform used within 21 days.
  7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Any posts which are deemed incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, made or received after the deadline for receiving entire has passed or which are not considered by Lidl or are not otherwise in accordance with the terms and conditions are invalid and will not be included.
  9. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition however the winner may be required for promotional activity. In consideration for the prize, and by accepting same, the winner agrees to take part in such promotional activity as maybe required by Lidl and that his/her data may be processed for that purpose on the basis of such contract.
  10. Lidl does not accept responsibility for damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of redeeming this prize, participating in this competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
  11. Lidl reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  12. By entering into this prize-draw the entrant agrees to the processing and storage of any personal information by Lidl and any associated companies for the purpose of this competition.
  13. By entering into this competition the entrant gives rights to Lidl and 20x20 to share the images .
  14. The personal information provided by entrants to this competition may form part of the promotion of the competition and the announcement of the winners.

Any personal data communicated to Lidl in any respect will only be processed for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.   18. In relation to all visual/audio images as well as any video recordings Lidl reserves the right to alter the visual/audio images in any manner it deems appropriate without the obligation of seeking prior approval from the entrants.
  19. The entrants agree that Lidl owns the visual/audio images and all rights related to them and the entrants shall assert no claim over the visual/audio images or the rights associated with them.
  20. The entrants waive all moral or other rights in their performance in the recording/their image in favour of Lidl.

The Participants agree that the visual/audio images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, in any manner or media without notifying them such as, but not limited to: websites, TV, cinema, social media channels, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters and theatre slides as well as for other uses in relation to the LGFA.
