We are all familiar with the concept of eating five portions of fruit and vegetables a day to support our physical wellbeing, but perhaps not so with the five-a-day for our mental health. Fruit and veg and good nutrition will undoubtedly help with your mental wellbeing, but working these five simple, and often fun, activities into your everyday life can contribute to feeling happier, healthier and more resilient, what’s not to like about that?
