Fillet Steak with roasted garlicky beans and baby plum tomatoes


  • 2 pkts of Inisvale Fillet Steaks
  • 1 pkt Fresh Green Beans, top & tailed
  • 1/3 punnet Baby Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 Solo Garlic, peeled & sliced
  • A splash of Primadonna Extra VirginOlive Oil
  • 1 tbsp of Dairy Manor Butter
  • 50 mls Water
  • Kania Salt & Pepper


  1. Season your steaks on either side then put into a large frying pan or a cast iron grill and heat (you will need very little oil if using a cast iron grill). When the panis gently smoking carefully add the steaks."I cook mine for 4 minutes on each side then turn the steaks round on their sides to colour the edges"- this is for a medium rare steak, cook for a minute more on each side for a medium. Or pop it in the oven for awhile if you like them well done.
  2. Rest your steak between 2 plates in a warm place while you cook the vegetables.
  3. Next put your sliced garlic in a frying pan with the olive oil and heat gently until it starts to turn a golden colour, then add the butter and remove from the heat for a minute while the butter melts.
  4. Put pan back on the heat and add the beans with the water. Place a lid on the pan and turn the heat up to full and cook for 2-3minutes then add the tomatoes, cook for1 more minute and serve with the steak along with the buttery garlicky juices.
