Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Bally Manor Turkey Breast Stir Fry
  • 1 pkt Green Grocer’s Vegetable Stir Fry (400g)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece of Fresh Ginger (25g) peeled & chopped
  • 2 tbsp Vita D’or Sunflower Oil 4 tbsp Vitasia Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • A little splash of Water Some Fresh Coriander (optional but lovely)
  • Kania Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Heat your oil in a wok or large frying pan until it starts to smoke a  little, then carefully add the turkey. Don’t be tempted to jiggle the turkey around to much just turn it once or twice and let it cook for  3-4 minutes
  2. Add in your garlic and ginger followed by the vegetables and give everything a good turn.
  3. Add the splash of water the sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce then let the vegetables cook for another 3-4 minutes so the flavours come together. Don’t overcook the vegetables, it’s important to leave them a little crunchy.
  4. Season and serve with boiled rice and some fresh coriander if you have it.
