A little splash of Water Some Fresh Coriander (optional but lovely)

Heat your oil in a wok or large frying pan until it starts to smoke a little, then carefully add the turkey. Don’t be tempted to jiggle the turkey around to much just turn it once or twice and let it cook for 3-4 minutes
Add in your garlic and ginger followed by the vegetables and give everything a good turn.
Add the splash of water the sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce then let the vegetables cook for another 3-4 minutes so the flavours come together. Don’t overcook the vegetables, it’s important to leave them a little crunchy.
Season and serve with boiled rice and some fresh coriander if you have it.
