Season your steaks on either side then puta large frying pan or a cast iron grill on to heat and add the oil. Cook for 4 minutes on each side then turn the steaks round on their sides to colour th edges, this is for a medium rare steak but cook for a minute more on each side for medium. If you like your steak cooked more just leave it on a lowish heat in the pan or pop it in the oven for a while.
When cooked to your liking rest the steak in between two warm plates while you see to everything else.
Next mix your horseradish, honey and sour cream together. Meanwhile bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the vegetables as per packet instructions.
