Fillet Steak with crunchy horseradish greens


  • 4 pkts Inisvale Fillet Steak
  • 1 pkt fresh Green Beans, trimmed
  • 1 pkt Sugar Snap Peas, trimmed
  • 1 tub Morning Fresh Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Batts Horseradish Sauce
  • A drizzle of Kilderg Honey
  • A drizzle of Vita D'or Sunflower Oil
  • Kania Salt and Pepper


  1. Season your steaks on either side then puta large frying pan or a cast iron grill on to heat and add the oil. Cook for 4 minutes on each side then turn the steaks round on their sides to colour th edges, this is for a medium rare steak but cook for a minute more on each side for medium. If you like your steak cooked more just leave it on a lowish heat in the pan or pop it in the oven for a while.
  2. When cooked to your liking rest the steak in between two warm plates while you see to everything else.
  3. Next mix your horseradish, honey and sour cream together. Meanwhile bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the vegetables as per packet instructions.
  4. If serving cold for a barbecue, drain and refresh with iced water to keep their colour and crispness. If serving hot, drain the greens, put them back in the pot, add the sauce and season,
  5. Serve with the steak straight away.
